Ok, guys β€” my little Fall Curriculum experiment has worked so well for my focus and productivity. I'm shocked (shocked!) how breaking down my focus in this way helped me so much.

I also feel like this month I've settled into a good exercise routine πŸ’ͺ.

I'm excited to continue with my Fall Curriculum for the next few months and maintain this momentum.

I've also been doing Simone's Garbage Post challenge and it's been a good motivator as well - it happened to be part of the course I included in my Fall Curriculum. I'll be doing a second round later in October.

I'm excited to kick off this month's monthly mission inside the YOU(niverse) and have some more content around this theme planned for the month!
